Refund policy

Partial Refunds: If you have a change of heart, we cannot return your full commission fee.

Retained Costs: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if you change your mind, we will only retain the costs incurred up to the point that notice is given. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Total labor hours spent

• Materials used or uniquely allocated to your project

• Shipping costs, fees, and duties on special requests

• Specialized hardware used

Inspection Window: All return claims must be initiated within one (1) week of delivery. Upon receiving your piece, please immediately inspect it for damage, scratches, broken threads, or structural defects.

Quality Assurance: We inspect every product at every stage of production. Additionally, we photograph and catalogue every bespoke item prior to shipping for cross-referencing and validation.

Resolutions: If a return claim is deemed valid and the defect stems from construction, we will offer a full refund of your commission fee OR a complete or partial remake of the item.

Longevity: Your piece is built to withstand reasonable use and serve its intended purpose for many years, provided it receives correct care.

Material Sensitivity: The inherent nature of certain materials means they may damage more easily than others. We strive to be completely transparent about these characteristics during the design process.

Edge Paint Exception: This warranty does not cover edge paints, as they naturally experience wear and tear over time. A repair fee, based on the labor involved, will apply to all edge paint restoration requests.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. However, the specific conditions provided to you at the start of your order—and agreed to upon payment—will remain binding for that project unless otherwise stated.
