What we can't account for is change of heart. So, please ensure that what we agreed upon, is what you love. We will work with you to find this, before your commission fee is paid.

If you wish to submit a piece for repair or return, please email us at jackson@jacksonboite.com, together with a brief description and photos if possible. Please consider that repairs are charged based on individual circumstances.
